The Battle, yes, but also a folder on my harddrive with all my vibe-coded software. Here I will keep track of them all.

ATAD — auriea.org itself: the personal wiki/digital notebook engine (Node + Markdown pages, custom notations like [[thumb:]] and [[model:]])auriea.org itself: a personal wiki and digital notebook running on a small Node engine, with pages written in Markdown and extended by custom notations for embedding thumbnails, 3D models, and calendars.

ATREUS — A planning document (not yet a built artwork) for an epic animated relief painting: a long frieze tracing the full curse of the House of Atreus, from Tantalus's crime to the Furies' transformation into the Eumenides. It's meant to be built on top of the relief-painter tool, Metope, with movement so slow it reads as almost stillness.

DISEGNO — iPad sketchbook app. Paper/ink/watercolor drawing with gyroscope tilt, pressure-sensitive ink (including an ink-blot feature), and book/page mechanics. Single-file HTML.

FRIEZE — A Blender add-on that observes and records sculpting sessions stroke-by-stroke to a JSONL log, paired with a standalone Python visualizer for replaying and studying how a sculpture came together over time. It's a tool for examining process, not for sculpting itself.

HOMER — A folder of Homeric reference material rather than an app: a spreadsheet of Homeric epithets, a large collection of Homeric similes (PDF and EPUB), a Greek alphabet reference page, and an "oracle" tool. Source material for mythologically-grounded work elsewhere in TROY (like ATREUS).

KINEMA (κίνημα, "movement") — A single-file GIF/video maker that turns a sequence of images or live camera capture (stop-motion or continuous) into a film strip, then exports it as GIF, APNG, MP4, or WebM using built-in encoders — including proper transparency support. Camera capture is verified end-to-end but still wants an iPad testing pass.

LAPIDEO — Procedural marble and wood material generator (marbles.html, woods.html) with a shader-based realism engine — veins, clouds, sparkle, bedding — that feeds material sets into Metope.

METOPE — The flagship relief-sculpture painter, built around an "Atelier" GUI: a large set of physical, named brushes (Coil, Chatter, Gnomon, Drill, Stamp, Imprint, and more) that carve a heightmap into clay-like relief. It has dual output — a GLB digital sculpture and a 5-color 3MF file for Prusa multi-material printing — plus a CNC/drill/undercut preview mode for planning real fabrication. It's the project with by far the longest, most active devlog in TROY.

PINAX — A drop-a-folder thumbnail-wall viewer: point it at a folder and it displays images and 3D files side by side, supporting GLB, OBJ, STL, USDZ (via WASM), Gaussian splats, and Blender files. Built for quickly browsing a mixed folder of visual work without opening each file individually.

SFORMO — A Blender add-on for mold-making: it would analyze a two-part parting-line mold and flag undercuts and draft-angle problems before you commit to casting. Spec'd out with a "detection-first, honest staged fixer" philosophy rather than trying to auto-fix geometry silently.

THEKE — An offline art inventory system that replaces an older Numbers spreadsheet ("All the Things"). It manages a database of works and exhibitions, exports to CSV/TSV, generates printable PDFs, builds private showroom pages for sharing pieces, and publishes images and data out to auriea.art.

THISBE — A set of experiments bridging Claude Code directly into Rebelle 8 Pro (professional painting software) via a WebSocket MCP server, so Claude can act as a painting director — composing and sending brushstrokes live. Includes scripts for recording real hand-painted strokes and generating variations on them (jitter, mirror, pressure taper, etc.). Named for the Ovid myth used as a test scene, alongside other mythological scene sketches (Armida, the Three Marys, Lamia).

TINCTURE — A single-file camera/paint/read colour tool for capturing color from the world, mixing paint, and reading/naming color. It's grown two major features: "Fading Colours," a diary/book mode with a placemarker ribbon, tipped-in paintings, and a gazetteer of places; and "Feel," a depth-mapping mode (via Marigold/fal.ai) that adds relief and tilt-to-relight rendering to captured color.
