cauliflower soup
11/2 c. onion
1 1/2 lb cauliflower
12 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne
3 tblsp fresh dill
5 c stock
1 c milk (or 1/2 c milk 1/2 cream)
onion in oil oil, brown, 3 min. add cauliflower, salt, cayenne,
2 tblspn dill and stock. cook 25-30 min, puree (i will puree all but 2 cups,
i think), stir in milk, add dill as garnish
